Hey, Hari here! 👋🏽
Back in 2013, I was hungry to start in real estate—but every so-called “guru” told me I needed huge cash to get started.
I even took two weekend workshops, paid thousands of dollars, and joined REIA groups… yet, after all the searching, studying, and asking questions, I realized no one was giving me that mental comfort to get started in real estate. I never had any savings, not from money. What I earned that time was enough to cover my expenses. My belief of needing so much money to get started in real estate without any alternate way to get that money, made me wait and wait… for five more long years.
In 2018, I had a realization: I definitely did not want to continue doing my 9-5 forever, and If I kept waiting, I’d never start. Then I started asking the right questions. “How to do real estate with no money”, “How to take advantage of my leverage”, one after another 100s of questions, all led me to one or more starting point to explore. I was thirsty, and I acted like this is my moment. I threw myself into the game, learning the hard way, making mistakes, and refining my process. By November 2018, I bought my first property. I still own it today. By October 2021, I quit my six-figure IT job—not because I had to, but because I refused to spend my life doing something I didn’t love.
By July 5, 2022, I closed on my 10th property. And then… I stopped.
Why? Because I won. and I am content. I can restart anytime If I want to.
âś… I reclaimed my time, freedom, and peace of mind.
âś… I play more pickleball, live stress-free, and do what truly fulfills me.
✅ I no longer chase money—because I don’t have to.
I built a repeatable work for myself that works. If a course like this had existed back when I started, I would have paid any price to avoid the frustration, wasted time, and money lost figuring it all out.
But now, I’m giving you everything, I wish I had.
This isn’t just a theory. This isn’t fluff. I might ramble a bit (lol) because there’s so much to share, but this is as real as it can get.
